• 1 tin of IMPERIA Royal Ossetra Caviar: rich, nutty and ocean-deep in flavour. The medium-to-large pearls bring a buttery, complex taste with a subtle hint of sea salt, making it a perfect foundation for a sophisticated caviar tasting. Choice of 50g or 125g tin size set.

• 1 tin of IMPERIA Kaluga Hybrid Reserve Caviar: large glossy pearls with a balanced, mild, creamy-buttery taste, offering a smoother and slightly sweeter profile that pairs beautifully with both blini and cream. Choice of 50g or 125g tin size set.

• The Caviar House Hand-Made Mini Blini (16 pcs): soft, delicate and made in-house with the finest ingredients, our blini make the ideal base for caviar, ensuring each bite is light and elegant, letting the caviar shine. 1 bag included in the 50g caviar set. 2 bags included in the 125g caviar set.

• Devon Crème Fraîche 170 g: luxuriously creamy, with a mild tang that complements the saline richness of the caviar and enriches each bite with smoothness, rounding out the tasting experience. 1 cream included per set.

Serving & Storage Suggestion

• Serve the blinis slightly warm or at room temperature; top with a small spoonful of crème fraîche, then a modest amount of caviar. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon to preserve the delicate flavour of the roe.

• Caviar: Unopened, up to three weeks refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. For best taste consume within 1 week of purchase. Blini: Keep refrigerated between 0C to +4C until 'best by' date as indicated at the bottom of the box (up to 1 week-10 days). Treat like fresh bread, do not freeze. Cream: Keep refrigerated between 2C to 5C until 'best by' date as indicated on the packaging. After opening, consume within 5 days and for as long as the product looks and smells fresh. Do not freeze.
