Sourced sustainably from beluga sturgeon raised in pristine, crystal-clear mountain lake waters in Bulgaria, far removed from industrial environments, this caviar embodies the highest standards of quality and care. Cultivated in their natural habitat by a family-owned farm with generations of artisanal expertise, the sturgeon are nurtured with exceptional skill and tradition. This meticulous process results in exquisite, large pearls measuring 3.5–3.7mm (larger than our usual IMPERIA Beluga Reserve of 3.2mm), stunning grey hue and a silky, buttery flavour of rich, velvety texture that lingers on the palate; a true masterpiece!
