Shipping at a Glance

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed by 13:00 (1:00 pm) on a working day are processed the same day and dispatched the next working day.

  • Athens (Attica): Same or next working day delivery after order receipt.

  • Rest of Greece: Delivery usually 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.

  • European Union: Delivery usually 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier.

  • Couriers: We select the fastest and most reliable courier per destination (DHL, UPS, or trusted local partners).

  • Customer availability: Customers must be available to receive their parcel at delivery.

  • Special delivery requests: For delivery on a specific date or urgent requests, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.

  • Storage & FreshTag: Please carefully read the storage instructions and FreshTag information provided via email and inside your parcel.


1. Our Commitment

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible, while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and freshness. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all shipments are prepared with gel ice packs and thermo-insulated packaging, keeping items properly chilled for up to 48 hours from dispatch.

Clients are required to carefully follow the storage instructions provided via email and included in the parcel upon receipt. Products should be placed in the refrigerator (not the freezer) immediately after removing the thermal packaging. Once opened, products should be consumed within 1–2 days. The expiry or best-by date is clearly indicated on each package.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed by 13:00 (1:00 pm) on a working day are processed the same day and dispatched on the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 13:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next working day.

  • We ship Monday through Wednesday or Thursday, depending on destination postal code and courier schedules.

  • Dispatch and delivery take place on working days only (Monday–Friday), excluding official public holidays in Greece and/or the destination country.


3. Courier Selection

To ensure optimal delivery performance, we work with a network of international and local courier partners.

  • European Union (excluding Greece): Shipments are carried out via DHL or UPS, depending on the destination postal code and the operational efficiency of each courier in the destination city. While DHL is our standard partner, UPS may be selected where it offers faster or more reliable service.

  • Greece:

    • Athens (Attica): Deliveries are carried out via our own local partners or selected courier services such as Easymail or Wolt.

    • Rest of Greece: Deliveries are handled through Easymail, Skywalk, or other specialized transport solutions, including alternative methods (such as KTEL transport) where this ensures faster or safer delivery.

The choice of courier is always based on our experience, destination accessibility, and the objective of providing the fastest and most reliable delivery solution.


4. Estimated Delivery Times (Indicative)

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, courier networks, and local conditions:

  • Athens (Attica): Same or next working day delivery after order receipt.

  • Rest of Greece: Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on postal code and transport solution.

  • European Union: Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier.

While we always aim for express next-day delivery whenever possible, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.


5. Customer Availability & Responsibility

Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of our products, it is essential that the customer or appointed recipient is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • Tracking information is provided by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status and ensuring availability at the delivery address.

  • Failure to receive the parcel, refusal of delivery, or lack of coordination with the courier may result in delays or product quality issues.

Please note that if a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, we may be unable to replace the products or issue a refund, as product quality and safety can no longer be guaranteed.


6. FreshTag Temperature Monitoring (Outside Athens)

All orders shipped outside Athens (Attica) include a FreshTag temperature monitor, placed inside the parcel, to ensure that products have remained within the appropriate temperature range throughout transit.

  • If the FreshTag appears green or green/orange upon delivery, the product is safe to consume.

  • If the FreshTag appears red at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately upon receipt, providing a photo of the FreshTag, so we can assist you.

Please note that the FreshTag is intended for transit monitoring only and may turn red several days after delivery. Customers must review the FreshTag status immediately upon receipt and follow the instructions provided via email and inside the parcel.


7. Special Delivery Requests

If you:

  • Require delivery on a specific date,

  • Have an urgent order, or

  • Anticipate limited availability at the delivery address,

please contact our Customer Service Department before placing your order or immediately after checkout. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, subject to courier availability and product quality considerations.


8. Shipping Costs & Pickup Options

  • Athens (Attica):

    • Deliveries within 30 km from Vari:

      • Orders up to €47: €15 delivery charge

      • Orders €48 and above: Free delivery

    • Deliveries 30–55 km from Vari:

      • Orders up to €125: €15 delivery charge

      • Orders above €125: Free delivery

    • Pickup from Vari, Athens can be arranged upon request and free of charge.

  • Rest of Greece:

    • Standard shipping cost: €15, subject to destination and transport solution.

    • Orders over €125 qualify for free delivery within Greece.

  • European Union (excluding Greece):

    • Standard shipping cost: €30.

    • Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach destinations, in accordance with the courier’s pricing policy.

All shipping prices are subject to change at any time.


9. Free Shipping Summary

  • Free shipping within the European Union applies to orders over €300 (including VAT).

  • Free shipping within Greece applies to orders over €125, subject to accessibility and destination.

  • Free shipping excludes inaccessible or hard-to-reach destinations, where additional courier fees may apply.


10. Deliveries Outside the European Union

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These costs are borne exclusively by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order for further information.


11. Force Majeure & Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a delay attributable to us, we will make best efforts to inform you promptly and assist where possible.
