At the heart of the set are two Ossetra varieties with different characteristics: Imperia Royal Ossetra and Petrusco Royal Ossetra. Taste them side by side to explore the individual character of each, enjoying their firm grains, delicate salinity and distinctive nutty notes.
For the classic caviar experience, we have included freshly baked Home-made Mini Blinis and Crème Fraîche, alongside Torres Black Truffle Chips for a crisp, salty alternative.
The tasting then moves into truffle. White Truffle Oil, Truffle Salt and Truffle Sauce offer different ways to experiment with the pairing of caviar and truffle – whether used as subtle accompaniments or enjoyed as part of your own creations.
To finish, our Handmade Dark Chocolate with Truffle brings together 65% single-origin dark chocolate and black truffle for an unexpected final pairing.
